Virat Kohli heaves a sigh of relief after scoring his 20th ODI ton

Virat Kohli India's Hope for World Cup 2015 ?

Virat Kohli, the stunning batsman after Sachin Tendulakar, Virender Sehwag and Rahul Dravid. We can see these three persons combination in Virat Kohli. Like Sachin
, he can play long and fast enough, can convert fifties into centuries. Like Viru, he can just blow off the bowlers and stand alone for his team, Like Mr. Dependable, He play for his team when they need him. He can stay long on creeze for long hours and can stop falling wickets and many more things in his pocket.

Recently he has completed his 20th Ton against West indies team who has left the series in midway to due their problems with west indies board. But thanks to this series, Virat Kohli come back to form with his 20th Ton.

He is the fastest batsman to reach 20th Centuries in his 141st ODI match. Sachin Tendulkar always bring his best in event like World cup or bigger series like CB series in Australia to get India's first series win in Australia in 2007.

But does Virat Kohli can play like Sachin in Australia and New Zealand where there are more bounces pitches than India or near countries. In India's tour of New Zealand, he made centuries in both tests and ODIs. Lets see what he came up to against country expectations.

Does He be India's another Yuvraj Singh, Man of the tournament in World Cup 2011.

Why Kohli at No-4, than No-3:
In ODI Cricket the most important position is NO-3. We call this as Mr Dependable position from here any team can make big scores or just fall down. If this positions performs well, then team has 70% chances to win the Game. The Wall, Rahul Dravid, plays at this position in tests as well as ODIs. He scarifies his place to play for India. We all know when team falls down, there there is only Dravid who will stay for long and win game for India.

Still, I believe that it will serve India well if Kohli is slotted in at number 4 for the World Cup. With Rohit Sharma out of the side with injury, Rayudu, who is not a regular in the side, batted at number 3 in the 2nd ODI and couldn’t make the most of the opportunity. But once Rohit gets fit, the Indian think-tank will face another conundrum as to whether Rohit or Rahane should open with Dhawan. With Rahane giving good starts fairly consistently with the southpaw, I feel he should be continued in that position, as he wasn’t too useful at number 4 and plays to his potential only while opening.

Statistics don’t lie. They reveal more than they hide. In this case, they are in favour of playing Kohli at number 4, too. In his 30 innings at number 4, he has scored 5 centuries, which means 1 in every 5 innings. At number 3, he has scored his remaining 14 centuries, in 93 innings: 1 in every 6.5 innings. He averages 62.54 at number 4 as against 51.97 at number 3. This should really clinch it for him.

Although India wins their last two series against England and West Indies but failed to win in outside against South Africa and New Zealand in their respective countries. Lets see How India and Virat performs in Cricket Wolrd Cup 2015.You can Download Cricket World Cup 2015 Schedule.
